Beacuse i dont have any of the listed above. I have others, that you havent listed
Dr Seats was as always amazing however the receptionist Wendy I think was downright rude and simply obnoxious
Both the operator at 111 and the doctor that called me were very professional and gave clear information and treatment. We are so grateful for the NHS. Thank you
I was given a nighttime appointment after having rung 111 and being rung back by a GP. He saw me almost immediately when I arrived at the hospital, was polite, listened to what I had to say, and gave me antibiotics for my black and infected foot. After I rang him he must have familiarised himself with my medical history, as he already knew all about me when I arrived at the hospital. .

Very quick and efficient service.
When I was waiting on the call back, I told the GP my symptoms after receiving a horse fly bite and without finishing my sentence he was adamant it was heatstroke because he’d had lots of calls about that that day. I said I felt sick, dizzy and unwell and I’d been out once during the heatwave to get my daughter from school. I was met with ‘well see how you go in the next 24 hours as it’s a 48 hour thing’. So I said it had been over 48 hours and I was getting worse in which I got the reply of ‘oh. Ok. Well just see how you get on of you can go to A&E’. I’ve never felt so insulted. I’m about to become a medical student and I won’t be speaking to people like that. Reassurance is what I wanted an to be listened to. Not told I had heat stroke when I wasn’t In the sun. I’ve had that before. Just really unprofessional and silly questions and responses.
I have aspergers, anxiety and depression.
I was in a great deal of pain! I’d been diagnosed with COVID two days prior, however in the early hrs of 31/7/22 I was experiencing a really bad throat which caused me enable to swallow even water or my own saliva. The lady who initially took the call understood I was in a lot of discomfort and took her time in dealing with my problem. She then explained I would be getting a phone call later by a clinician.
The clinician called back and I explained my situation which must have been evident in the way I was attempting to talk him. He then said he was going to prescribe me some antibiotics and asked where I’d want to collect the medication from.
I have been taking the tablets and have made some progress but understand the recovery from bad sore throat takes time. I can now eat a little and can drink. Thank you NHS you were exceptional
